About the event
Join us this winter for the FlexUnlimited fitness class! This class is for all fitness levels, both male and female. The program will be held on-site on Saturdays at noon. Each session will be 1-hour long. Grab a partner and get active!
What's unique about this class?
The class is broken into 20-minute increments to maximize the workout!
- Strength Training - Weight lifting, body and functional movement, and resistance bands.
- Cardio - HIIT, running, jumping, flying - not really, and much more!
- Flexibility - Stretching, muscle lengthening, balancing and stability, and more!

The class is running a first-month promotion! Only $40 your first month. You will get 4 classes for $40 (that's only $10 a class). After the first month, the price will only go up to $60/month.
