What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide notice 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments under the 24 hour window may result in a forfeit of that session. Any no shows/no call will result in a forfeit of session.

Do I have to obtain my own gym membership?

No, I have a reserved space at a trainers gym. However, if you want to go to a gym near you or obtain a membership you are welcome to do so. You will be responsible for any guest pass  or travel fees.

How far in advance can I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

An appointment can be booked 24 hours in advance. Any appointment booked under 48 hours is not covered by the cancellation policy.

Can I try any fitness classes free for the first time?

Yes and no! Each class available for a free trial states that in the booking description. Private sessions and life coaching sessions do not offer free trials.

How many days per week do I need to workout?

Accepted Answer

Depending on your fitness goals and health condition, you'll need to commit to a minimum of 3 days of exercise each week to see results. Any fewer than that and each workout will feel like you're starting over again every time. It will also take a while to get to your fitness goal.

What should I eat before a workout?

Eating a small amount of easily digested carbohydrate an hour or so before you hit the gym ensures that you'll have enough energy in the tank to get through your program. Try fruit and yogurt or toast and peanut butter, not too much or you'll feel sluggish and heavy. 
 
If you workout in the morning, eating before your workout may not be an option. Many people find that they can tolerate cardio on an empty stomach, but need fuel to get through a strength training session. Experiment with the types of food and the timing of your pre-workout meal to discover what works best for you.

This course is meant to truly dive deep and work on hidden trauma and bring about awareness to areas and actions in your life that are often overlook. This course will push you to face the person in the mirror, yourself. It will shine light on the abusers and narcissists in your life. It may be challenging at points but you will never be unsafe. This course was designed by a recovered "codependent" for a "codependent." Change is always uncomfortable, but it is only in that un-comfortability where change can truly happen.

You will get out of the course how much you put in. The course will supply you with the information and tools you need to support you on your journey to healing and recovery.
